Owned by Sydney’s Merivale group, Charlie Parker’s is a speakeasy style bar tucked beneath Fred’s restaurant in Paddington. Working with Special Group Sydney, we created a field notes style journal which became the bar’s menu. We worked closely with their Head Barman to create handwritten comments and tasting notes of their extensive range of spirits and cocktails, as well as hand-drawn illustrations of botanical ingredients and spirits. The result was a beautiful journal and bar menu that was like no other.
